In this role, you will assist clients with policy changes, billing, and questions while providing friendly and professional support. You will also help with day-to-day office tasks to keep things running smoothly.

We are looking for someone with customer service or people-focused experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude. No insurance background is required—we provide full training.
