Five Aces Inc is looking for experienced dispatchers with outstanding negotiation skills, great ability in booking loads, multi tasking and dispatching for multiple fleet vehicles. Must be knowledgeable with load boards such as 3Sixty Freight, Internet Truckstop, and have a clear understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicating with truck drivers and customers via phone or email for dispatching
• Relaying work orders, pickup and delivery information, route rescheduling and assisting driver with any inquires
• Keeping track of drivers location and a number of hours driven, making sure they left and arrived on time for scheduled appointments
• Minimizing empty miles, maximizing revenue-generating miles
• Updating board throughout the day with equipment and load info, reporting detention, out of service and violations immediately
• Maintain professional relationships with customers via phone and email, checking broker creditworthiness to ensure a prompt payment history 
• Knowing back-haul/head-haul markets and the relevant pricing
• Soliciting new shippers to gain direct freight, and completing new customer contracts
• Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel) with great organizational skills and self-motivated  

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Bringing new accounts is a plus.

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
• This is a full-time position needed to fill immediately. 
Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM
